registration information on dvflora.com. The form can be found on the Syndicate Stars page located under the Programs menu.
Once the completed information is submitted, please allow us two business
days to confirm your account status.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email from our Customer Relations
Department customerrelations@dvflora.com that you can begin earning
STARPOINTS by purchasing Syndicate Sales, Inc., items on dvflora.com.
Within two business of confirmation, please expect to receive an email
from Syndicate Sales, Inc., welcoming you and providing you with access
to log in to their STARPOINTS redemptions and questions site www.syndicatesales.com/retailer-welcome.asp.
Star Rewards points are earned by purchasing 10 or more cases placed on
dvflora.com (per order date).
Dvflora.com lists the estimated point value (based on information provided
by Syndicate Sales, Inc.) for each item.
Special Order (non-DV stocked) items are non returnable.
Special Order items are indicated as such on dvflora.com and list
the first available ship date.
