DVFlora employee’s had an opportunity to participate in SAF’s Petal It Forward event in Haddonfield, NJ on October 11, 2017. Petal It Forward is a nationwide event that is sponsored by florists from more than 450 cities and 50 states, plus D.C and Canada. The goal of this campaign is to hand out two free bouquets – one to keep and one to give with someone else, whether it be a friend, family member or complete stranger. This gives people a reason to smile and spread happiness one bouquet at a time.
With the help of 8 DV employee’s and 250 bouquets, Downtown Haddonfield turned into a full blown flower shop within seconds. So many bouquets could be seen from all over the town along with all the smiles on everyone’s face! Below are testimonials from the employees:

One that really stands out was going up to an elderly pair of friends on a bench and when handing the one lady the bouquets she said “Here I didn’t think I had enough for even lunch today and now you are giving me beautiful flowers!! In addition to participating in Haddonfield, DVFlora worked in conjunction with Sun Valley Floral Farms and Holland America to ship over 5,500 bouquets to retail florists all over the Northeastern USA; including New England, Pittsburgh, New York, Baltimore, and Virginia.
