Join the Nation's Leading Floral Team!

Then and Now

From our small start in 1959, to an organization of over 550 employees and 11 Sales and Distribution Centers, DVFG has become one of the largest floral distribution companies in the United States.  We continue to grow in customer base, as well as in the number of employees it takes to keep us at the top of our game.  Without all key components of the DVFG machine working together, we wouldn’t be able to be where we are today.

Employees and Culture

We know that our employees are a key part of the company’s success.  We strive to build a family-oriented culture, where we demonstrate how we value the efforts of each and every one of our employees.  We have a unique working environment, and work to provide training and support to our employees, that will not only help our business to succeed, but to assist with our employees growing in both their personal success and as well as that of our company.

I have been with DVFG for over 6 years now. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity to work for a first class company like DV. I’ve gotten really close to my customers and that is what I enjoy most about this job. I take pride in putting a smile on my customers faces each and every day.
Thank You for allowing me to be part of your growth and success.

Working at DVFG has been a great experience. The FAMILY atmosphere, and the challenges are just a few things I enjoy most about this company. I started as a picker/packer in Botanicals back in 1995. I’ve held many different titles since, and my current role as the Logistics Information Manager has been the most challenging, yet most exciting position I have held during my time working for the Wilkins Family.

Building our Team

We know that each and every individual person has skills and knowledge that they can bring to a company, which will complement the skills of others, ultimately building a great team.  We admit that we are very selective in our interviewing process, because we have made a commitment to our customers, that we have the team in place to stand behind our mission that “we aspire to be our customers’ most valuable supplier”.   With that said, we encourage you to apply for positions that we offer – but only if you are dedicated to making our team even better.
