By March 2, 2016March 29th, 2024One Comment

Our auto-submit cart preference is an added convenience to our website that allows you to continuously build an order throughout the course of a day and have the items automatically submitted for processing at specific times.  It is designed to help you consolidate your products and not have to worry about your order if you walk away from the computer to help a customer.  Please note that this feature is not available for customers outside of our DVFleet Delivery Service.  Refer to the guide below for more information.

DVFleet Delivery Customers:
Below is a list of cutoff times by region showing when your orders will be submitted for shipping/delivery (all times are EST):

All Regions: Order by 11:59PM Saturday for Monday delivery
Baltimore/Philadelphia/Hauppauge/Edison: 5pm for next day delivery*
Syracuse/Shrewsbury/Hartford/Wilkes-Barre: 4pm for next day delivery*
Cranberry/Brecksville/Richmond: 3pm for next day delivery*

*Saturday and Sunday delivery only available during certain Holiday’s

You also have the option to opt-out of the auto-submit preference.  If you select the auto-delete feature, any items in your cart will automatically be deleted at 5:20am every day if you do not manually submit your order.
To update your cart preference, please contact our Customer Relations Department at 800-676-1212 or by email, customerrelations@dvflora.com.

Instructions on how to change your cart preference:
After you log in to dvflora.com, select MY ACCOUNT on the left navigation menu, then PREFERENCES (on the left side also).  You can also update your email address and change your password.  Remember to click the Save Changes button when you are finished.
