- Celosia specifically coxcomb celosia is a bloom that stands out in my mind as my favorite fall flower to use. - Blue thistle is the perfect accent color for the fall. When you have nothing but warm colors in a design a cool shade of blue is just the ticket to help make the colors pop and your design shine.
