ONLINE BILL PAY IS NOW AVAILABLE

We are excited to share some great news with you! In our ongoing effort to enhance your experience and streamline our services, we have fully transitioned to a new online bill payment system.

Now DV customers can pay their bills online, anytime, and anywhere conveniently and safely. This new system is designed to make your life easier, allowing you to manage your payments with just a few clicks.

Benefits of the Online Bill Pay Program:

  • Convenience: Customers can pay their bills anytime, anywhere, using their computer or tablet device.
  • Speed: Payments can be processed instantly and are updated in real time, reducing wait times, and improving efficiency.
  • Security: The online platform offers secure payment options, protecting our customers’ information.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to get setup with the online bill pay program, you must create a new account. Please follow the step-by-step instructions below on how to get started.

  • Visit payments.dvflora.com
  • Select the Account button on the top menu bar
  • Select Request Access and fill in necessary account information

You will need to include the email address registered to your account, 5 character customer code and most recent invoice number.

What is the new online bill pay system?

The new online bill pay system is a secure platform that allows customers to view and pay their bills online, making the payment process easier and more convenient.

How do I sign up for the online bill pay system?

To sign up, visit payments.dvflora.com and select the “account” button in the top right corner. You will need to create an account using your email and account details.  We will have a video tutorial published in the near future.

Is there a fee to use the online bill pay system?

No, there are no fees for using the online bill pay system.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using Visa, Mastercard and American Express, debit cards, and E-Check. More payment options may be added in the future.

*Please notify your AR contact to be setup for E-Check.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, the system uses advanced encryption and security measures to protect your payment information and personal data.

How will I know if my payment was successful?

You will receive a receipt document detailing successful completion as your payment is processed. This receipt can be downloaded or emailed for your copy. You can view your payment history in your online account.

What if I encounter issues while using the system?

Will I still receive paper bills?

Yes, you will still receive the invoice though the method you currently receive it. We are not removing any paper bills currently. The Online Bill Pay system will allow you to email a copy of any open invoice to your registered email address.

Can I view my payment history?

Yes, the system allows you to view your past payments and billing history directly within your account.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email.

Will I be able to access the system from my mobile device?

No, the online bill pay system can only be utilized from computers and tablets at this time.

What happens if my payment is late?

If your payment is late, you may incur late fees as outlined in the terms and condition section of the credit application. It’s important to make payments on or before the due date.

Can I update my account information online?

Yes, you can update your account payment information, including billing address and payment methods, through your online account.

What if I don’t want to use the online bill pay system?

You are not required to use the online bill pay system and may still mail a paper check if that is your preference.
