Our distribution fleet is comprised of over 140 refrigerated delivery trucks, each maintained to uphold freshness and the integrity of our products during transit. DVFlora Dutch Direct
Enjoy the widest availability of flowers in the world, custom packed to your specifications, by ordering directly from the Aalsmeer flower auctions in Holland! DVFlora Dutch Direct offers a unique ordering experience and the option to chose from two industry recognized importers, Tuning and Holex.
Cream of the Crop
Cream of the Crop is a year round, standing order program designed to give you the option of ordering from an extensive selection of fresh-cut, farm-direct flowers, delivered fresh to your door weekly. In addition, we have a custom build-a-box option for Alstroemeria, Greens, Gerbera and Roses.
Japan Direct
Japan Direct is our exclusive custom pack program that allows you to create your own mix of flowers, packed and labeled at the farm specifically for you. You have access to all of the selections available and best of all, there is NO MINIMUM dollar
amount required to purchase!
Small-Pack Case Lots
We offer an extensive list of small-pack flower selections through weekly/holiday prebooks or everyday availability. These allow you to order minimal quantities in box lots, which require less handling and are a more economical option over loose pick.
Custom Garland
Our custom garland program is a great option to help save time and labor during the busy wedding season! Choose from over 20 base options and add-ons to create any combination of mix and/or length needed for your next event. Direct Fedex shipping also available for last minute needs.
DVFlora is an industry leader in cold-chain management. Your flowers move rapidly from the farms and airports via our company-owned distribution division, Flower TransferLogistics. Our temperature-controlled delivery fleet helps to keep your flowers their freshest through the distribution chain.Products are kept at optimal temperatures in our state-of-the-art, humidity-managed, refrigeration coolers. This process ensures your product is handled properly in order to reduce stress on flowers and helps extend end-consumer vase life.
Our satellite offices in Colombia and California are strategically located in two prominent growing regions. This allows us to have dedicated teams who provide us with a “boots on the ground” approach to flower sourcing and quality inspections on a routine basis. Both are also optimal locations for logistics and act as hubs to consolidate our shipments.
We are proud to be the first Certified American Grown Flowers Distributor in the country! This gives our customers the option to source product from specific farms who have received the same American Grown certification. Through the only third-party verification process of it’s kind, designers can be assured that they blooms they are purchasing from DVFlora are guaranteed to be homegrown.
Our product offerings include an exclusive selection of high quality, fresh-cut flowers under the DVFlora brand. These items are sourced from specific core farm partners who have undergone strict testing to assure that excellent and consistent quality are delivered every time. They will arrive to you with unique DVFlora logo packaging included on the box, sleeve, and product identification tags. You can find these selections under Roses, Hydrangea,Stock, Lilies, as well as other categories.
If you would like to set up an account with us, please fill out our online profile form by selecting the “Get Started” link at the bottom of the page. We do require certain criteria to be met before setting up your account, which requires research, so please allow us up to 3 business days before reaching out.
Each account is assigned an experienced DV sales associate to help enter your orders and for assistance with future needs. Our website is also available 24/7 for placing orders, which shows “live” inventory and high-resolution images of all products available.
The minimum amount to place an order for next day delivery/pickup is $100.
We do not offer same delivery, however, depending on which of our locations you are serviced out of, we have late afternoon ordering cutoffs (3pm, 4pm or 5pm) for early morning, next day delivery to your store. *
*Times may be adjusted during certain holidays and Spring/Fall wedding seasons.
For commercial locations, our delivery charge is $14.50 plus a $2.90 fuel surcharge. For orders over $1,000 we offer free delivery (+$2.90 fuel surcharge). Non-commercial locations will need to be evaluated by our distribution team before being approved.
We do allow customers to pick up orders at their designated distribution center. Unfortunately, we do not allow for walk-in order picking due to the nature of our operation and for safety precautions.
We do require that all proconas are left out for our drivers to retrieve during the next delivery. Each one is cleaned upon arrived at our facility and recycled up to 24 times! We will also happily take any empty boxes so we can reuse them as well.
Each of our delivery trucks are equipped with routing software that allow you to receive SMS text alerts (or emails) regarding the estimated time of your delivery.
We offer a comprehensive online bill pay program that allows you to view current invoices, pay using credit card, debit card or bank account, as well as the option to setup reoccurring payments.
