January 2026 Floral Arrangement
January is all about new beginnings and endless possibilities, so we created a bright, playful palette designed to spark creativity right out of the gate. Cool lavender and crisp white meet electric green—because growth, renewal, and wellbeing don’t hibernate just because it’s winter.
Purple Previa anthurium brings full Main Character energy, playfully leaping from a base of vibrant green Shamrock hydrangea, giving shape and form to the arrangement. An accent of ruffly Everlasting Lavender garden spray roses softens the design. Who says tropicals and garden blooms can’t mingle?
The beauty of a bicolor design is in its restraint. With a simple palette, every detail gets its moment. Take the petite Tricyrtis, or Toad Lily, for instance. The orchid-like blooms are packed with intricate beauty if you slow down enough to notice. A perfect January reminder: pause, reflect, and let the quiet moments surprise you. When Tricyrtis is out of season, hybrid oncidium orchids like Purple Prince deliver the same layered magic.
Warm white lightens the mood, with double clematis Duchess of Edinburgh echoing Pantone’s Cloud Dancer color of the year. Soft, clean, and hopeful – hello fresh starts!
Texture is where the arrangement truly comes alive. Rumex Unicorn adds tactile interest with its rich emerald arching stems; while whimsical Kibo Clematis seed puffs float throughout, giving the design an airy, almost storybook quality. For movement, clippings of Northern Sea Oats bring a natural rhythm. A summer garden treasure, now dried for winter, Sea Oats are proof that the garden gives long after the growing season ends.
And then there’s a little secret. Tucked right into the center of the design is a miniature bird’s nest fern from our greenhouse peeking out, a quiet surprise waiting to be discovered. All of this sits nicely inside the Coronation Pot, which carries a timeless elegance with scalloped details from Accent Decor (SA549). We love arrangements that unfold over time, revealing new details the longer you sit with them.
This January design is meant to be experienced slowly. A reminder that beauty doesn’t always shout – sometimes it whispers, inviting you to look a little closer.
